VISION
We are a covenant community of Christian disciples called to live in holiness and righteousness through a common way of life. We are committed to bring others to a deeper personal relationship with God.
MISSION
1. To build a strong personal relationship with God centered on prayer, worship and the study of His Word.
2. To conform our lives to the Gospel and the teachings of the Church.
3. To deepen our relationship as brothers and sisters through genuine love, support and service for one another.
4. To pass on the faith to the next generation.
5. To give generously of ourselves and our resources to bring people to God.
MEMBERSHIP
OWGC is composed of adult couples, singles, young adult and university students (12 yrs. old & above), and children (below 12 yrs. old). There are programs for the children and the young adults.
ACTIVITIES
The community meets regularly as an assembly body on the first and third Saturday evenings, from 6:30 to 9:30 pm, for praise and worship, sharing and teaching. On the other two weekends, the members meet as small groups, in the respective homes of members for prayers, personal sharing and interaction, and support. An annual retreat is conducted for members, along with other prayer communities within Canada. There are also fellowship activities in the summer and winter months such as picnics, camping, snow skiing and other social events to foster kinship and camaraderie.
